Great spot for in/out workout. They have everything you need, whenever you need to use it. It is clean, friendly and I send our visitors there for a nominal workout fee! It's more expensive annually than if you live in the city- but it's worth the convenience out here!

Our staff is available:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Please note: The gym is open 24/7 for members.)

Do you have amenities like a sauna, tanning, or massage services?

Yes, we offer an infrared sauna and tanning services for members. Massage therapy and sauna sessions can be booked during staff hours or by emailing us at gunlakegym1@gmail.com.
